Many say that finding recourse for machines that help make renewable energy sources are hard to find but in reality are quite common. Also we won’t need to rely on important energy from other countries. Our greed for oil is the leading cause to many wars. Since we won’t have to rely on other this will cause more peace between one another. “The more renewable energy you’re using for your power needs, the less you’ll rely on imported energy, and the more you’ll contribute to U.S. energy independence as a whole”(Thoubbourn). The more the United States relies on our own source of energy the more dependent we will be and fewer problems that are caused by our greed. We are more than capable of having a constant intake of renewable energy. The amount of territory that we have is sufficient to have solar panels and windmills generating a source of energy. Also producers of renewable energy such as solar panels don’t need much maintenance. “renewable energy technologies require less overall maintenance than generators that use traditional fuel sources”(Thoubbourn). They are fairly simple to work with. But also they don’t rely on a source of flammable fuel or combustion fuel like automobiles. Also since the don’t need much maintenance this means not as much labor being done to fix them. “Using renewable energy can help you save money long term. Not only will you save on maintenance costs, but on operating costs as well”(Thoubbourn). Leading to money being saved. Renewable energy is the new way of life. Not only is it providing our own independence when it comes to energy sources. It also helps our planet, it helps our ecosystem climate and our pockets. When it comes down to it, renewable energy provides a more efficient source of energy and a non-toxic source of energy.

Renewable energy is great but like many things, there is a limit to the amount you can store. There is a limit to the amount of renewable energy you can store. “While there are storage technologies available today, they can be expensive, especially for large-scale renewable energy plants”(Thoubboron). There is a large expense that many aren’t wanting to take. Over time though they have been lowering the price and becoming more affordable and bigger. “This creates a beautiful melting pot of landscapes but also means that there are some geographies that are more suitable for renewable technologies than others. For example, a large farm with open space may be a great place for a residential wind turbine or a solar energy system, while a townhome in a city covered in shade from taller buildings wouldn’t be able to reap the benefits of either technology on their property”(Thoubboron). Many people aren’t able to afford an apartment let allow a house with a lot of space for a solar panel.
